As Director of Relocation, Tammie is responsible for providing leadership for multiple areas that engage all facets of Relocation and Corporate Business Development for Fairfield County, New Haven County and the Shoreline. Tammie comes with 20 years of real estate experience including mortgage/banking and sales; recently as the Relocation Director for Coldwell Banker Hunt Kennedy NYC, previously the Relocation Director for Century 21 Home Services Westchester and the Relocation Manager for Coldwell Banker Westchester.

Director of Buyer Destination

As Director, Relocation of Julia B. Fee Sotheby's International Realty Maxine James-Stewart is dedicated to providing exceptional relocation services to our corporate clientele. John D'Amato
Director, Corporate Properties

John brings to the company a combined 20 years of real estate and relocation experience including real estate sales management, relocation property management and marketing/real estate law practice familiarity. As Director of Corporate Properties, John works with outside relocation companies and Julia B. Fee Sotheby's International Realty real estate advisors to acquire, manage and sell listings, while simultaneously securing, managing and converting incoming departure referrals.

Anne Jodko
Outgoing Referral and LeadRouter Coordinator

Anne's responsibilities as Outgoing Referral and Leadrouter Coordinator for Julia B. Fee Sotheby's International Realty include placing and following up on referrals given to her by Julia B. Fee Sotheby real estate advisors and administrating LeadRouter. Anne has worked in relocation since 1998 in various roles including corporate property manager, inventory specialist, and buyer counselor and is licensed in both CT and NY.
