Our Management Team

In order to obtain a Real Estate License in Connecticut you must:

- Be at least 18 years of age at the time you apply.
- Educational Requirements - Salesperson applicants are required to have sixty (60) hours of Real Estate Principles & Practices instruction, which must be completed after October 1, 1994 to be accepted.
- Real Estate Salesperson License application fee of $80; initial license fee of $350.
- Examination fee of $52.
