I have been a resident of Litchfield for over 50 years and have practiced real estate in the area for 37 years, 29 with my  own brokerage, Sue Doyle Country Properties. I am a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and was the top associate broker for sales in Litchfield in 2007 and 2008.  As the market has changed over the years, I realized that I wanted to offer more to my  buyers and sellers in regard to technology and marketing and Litchfield Hills Sotheby's cannot be matched!

Because of my extensive real estate career, I am capable of selling all types of real estate.  Having many repeat clients over the years, I have become a top lister and seller.   My favorite sale is to the first time home buyer as home ownership is the foundation to being part of the community. 

I was the first woman to serve on the Litchfield Borough as a warden . I have been a past director and now a corporator at Litchfield Bancorp, member of the Litchfield Aid of the CT Junior Republic,  the Litchfield Area Business Association (LABA), Woman's Forum, and on various committees for the Litchfield County Board of Realtors.

Married and the parent of two children.  My husband (with the local police department) and I also spend time when possible at our home in FL and love to play tennis.  We are fortunate to live in a wonderful area rich in history with a beautiful town green, many lakes and amenitieis just minutes away.
