About Me

Sharon Hartwick

"I first discovered Litchfield County on a weekend trip to visit friends in Kent. Attracted to the beauty, outdoor activities and amenities of the area, my husband and I eventually bought a weekend place of our own, commuting regularly from New York City and my career in the advertising business.

"We've since experienced the joys (and pitfalls) of renovating two antique homes. After living in Cornwall for 14 years we moved into a 1780 cape in Kent and nine years ago became full-time residents. Like so many others, we've come to appreciate how special the people and communities of Litchfield County are.

"My own experiences in real estate and in business have guided my approach with clients. I know the importance of fitting homes and properties to lifestyles, of keeping price in mind, being a good listener, and navigating through the negotiation process as smoothly as possible.

"Whether selling your home or buying, my loyalty is always to my clients. I aim to provide the information you need to make the right decision and ensure the best outcome possible along with maintaining a relationship based on confidentiality. And once the transaction is over, I'll still be there to offer help, tips, or resources, if needed.

"I'd love to share my knowledge and passion in helping you sell your home or in finding your perfect place to buy. You can reach me at 860-248-1232 or by email at sharon.hartwick@sothebysrealty.com.  I look forward to hearing from you."
