| About Me |
| Dennis Kyte, artist, writer and illustrator, always knew he would venture into the business of real estate. Even when he was writing and illustrating children's books, he would design the character's house first, believing that the way a character lives informs the reader. He has always had great interest in architectural styles from ancient to modern. No stranger to the home, Kyte has designed home furnishings for Brunschwig & Fils, Martha Stewart, Fieldcrest, J.P. Stevens, Towle Silver and more. Kyte's hands-on experience in building began with renovations that led to designing and building a 4,500-square-foot house in Litchfield County. Kyte is particularly proud of the fact that every design project he has undertaken has made its way into shelter magazines and design books. Learning about building from the ground up combined with Kyte's creative work in home design has given him a unique perspective that he easily imparts upon buyer and seller clients alike. Kyte finds it particularly gratifying to help reveal the potential of a property to prospective buyers. |
